Very exciting news: A write-up in the Gowanus Lounge newspaper, a local paper in Brooklyn, NY, had led to a spot on News Channel 12 with an interview with my students and, well, me. The TV spot will include me discussing my experience in the Endeavor Project sponsored by NASA and Teacher’s College at Columbia University. My girls were asked about how they experience learning mathematics in my classroom — it was nice to hear that they feel excited about mathematics due to the environment I have created for them!
